Park Shelter Reservations
Reservation RequirementsReservations for facilities in the Municipal Park require a permit that must be approved by City Hall, prior to the event. The person who makes the reservation must be present and responsible for the entire event. Park Reservation Fee is payable by check or online payment. Permit and Fees:
The City is currently taking reservations for the Kiwanis Pavilion and the Lion's Shelter. Reservations require a permit which must be completed in person at City Hall prior to the event. The Kiwanis Pavilion features a serving room with additional counter space if needed. The non-refundable, reservation fee for the Kiwanis Pavilion is $75 for City of Rochester residents and $100 for non-Rochester City residents. The Lion's Shelter has beautiful park and waterfront views, kitchenette, restrooms and maximum capacity of one hundred-twenty (120) people. The Lion's Shelter is available for events from dawn to dusk with reservation fee of $150 for City of Rochester residents and $200 for non-Rochester City residents.

Reservations CANNOT be held by phone or email, submitting the form and application fee is the only way to hold your reservation.
Please note that an additional Special Event Application may be required if your event is especially large. These must be reviewed by the Police Department and City Council.
