Automatic Payment Option for Utility Bills
How to Enroll

This program allows you to automatically pay your quarterly bill through your checking or savings account. This service is free to you and is the easiest, most dependable, and most convenient way to pay your water & sewer bill. To sign up for this program, print and fill out the Automatic and/or Paperless Billing Form. Complete the form by hand, being sure to date and sign it, then mail or deliver it to City Hall. Be sure to include a voided check. The ACH payment will apply to your next quarterly utility bill.

Mail Payments 

Residents & businesses can pay their City of Rochester water & sewer bill, tax bills, and other bills or fees by mail with cash, check, or money order. Payments by mail should be sent to:

In-Person Payments

Residents & businesses can pay their City of Rochester water & sewer bill, tax bills, and other bills or fees in person by cash, check, money order, credit or debit card at City Hall, 400 Sixth Street, Rochester, MI 48307. Debit and credit cards processed in-person still incur the Enhanced Access Fee.

Phone Payments

 
Most bills and fees may also be paid over the phone by credit or debit card by calling 248-651-9061. Please note, a convenience fee will be added for any credit and debit card payments. Debit and credit cards processed over the phone still incur the Enhanced Access Fee.

Drive Up Drop-Off Payments

 

Bills, fees, and tickets can be dropped off using a check or money order in the convenient drive up drop box on the west side of City Hall. Please include your property address, account number, ticket number, or other relevant information for identifying your payment.
