City Clerk's Office Seeking Election Workers for General Election

The City Clerk's Office is seeking 10 or more workers for the Tuesday, November 6, 2018 General Election. If you are interested, please fill out an Election Inspector Application and submit to the City Clerk's Office.

The City Clerk's Office is seeking ten (10) or more individuals to serve as election inspectors for the Tuesday, November 6, 2018 General Election.


The pay rate is $10 per hour. Election inspectors will report to their assigned voting precinct at 6:00 a.m. on the day of the election, with the work day to end at approximately 11:00 p.m. Election inspectors must also attend a training session prior to the election. Training sessions have been scheduled at City Hall on Saturday, October 27, 2018 for Precincts 1, 2, 3, and 4; and Saturday, November 3, 2018 for Precincts 5 and 6.


In order to qualify, you must be a registered voter in Oakland County, Michigan. Please note that you do not have to be a resident of the City of Rochester to qualify.


If you are interested, please fill out the Election Inspector Application and submit to the City Clerk's Office at City Hall, 400 6th Street, Rochester, MI 48307.
