City-Wide Leaf Collection has Started!

The leaves are already turning, which means they will start falling before you know it. The Rochester Department of Public Works began leaf collection for residents within the City on Monday, October 16th.

Attending this forum is an opportunity to hear candidates discuss issues, with questions coming from the audience.
