The City of Rochester is taking action when it comes to attracting and retaining top talent and businesses in the City. As part of that effort the City has created the position of Economic and Community Development Director. After a thorough search for the right candidate, the City has brought Nik Banda on board to fill this very important position. Mr. Banda comes to Rochester from the City of Southfield where he was the Director of Planning with 28 years experience in planning and economic development. He holds a Master's Degree in Urban Planning from Wayne State University.
