The City of Rochester has made its meetings available on cable television, and streaming online video as part of the City's ongoing commitment to transparent and ethical government. City meeting videos can be viewed using the media player above. If you are experiencing excessive buffering it may be the result of poor connectivity. You may be able to improve playback quality by right-clicking the media player screen and selecting a different video quality. Please note if you wish to view the current broadcast you must select  "live programming" under the categories tab.
