Early Voting/Election Day

AVAILABLE BEGINNING WITH NOVEMBER 7, 2023 ELECTION

The State Constitution requires Early Voting be held for all Statewide and Federal elections for 9 consecutive days before each election, for 8 hours each day, starting on the second Saturday before the election and ending the Sunday before. Newly passed State Law allows the City to choose to provide Early Voting for other elections, which the Rochester City Council approved to do. Election Day voting will remain the same, at your current polling place from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 7, 2023.

Early Voting for the City of Rochester Electors will take place in Council Chambers of the Municipal Building. Early Voting for the City of Rochester Hills and Oakland Township Electors will be at the Rochester Hills Public Library. CITY OF ROCHESTER ELECTORS WILL NOT BE ABLE TO VOTE AT THE LIBRARY.
